Our “Expedited Bullet Service” is often available when deadlines are tight.
15% additional charge will be applied on orders that require less than standard

SHIPPING COSTS
Depending on the size of the order, type of merchandise and delivery location
ground shipping usually costs an estimate of 5% to 10% of product costs.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned for credit, refund or replacement. Call customer
service for procedure and authorization. 15% Re-stocking fees apply.
Sorry - custom imprinted or lettered items are non-refundable.
All claims for damage or loss should be filed with carrier at time of delivery.

ENGRAVING INFORMATION
Tips to Avoid Engraving Errors
• E-mail your engraving information to sales@sportsawards.biz.
• Faxed engraving information should be at least 14 point font typed in all UPPER CASE.
• Separate engraving information by item number.
• Double check quantities to ensure that item quantities match quantities of engraving.
Trophy Engraving 3-4 Lines - 20 letters per line.
Medal Personalization 3 lines - 15 letters per line.
